Video Goal:

The first in a series of animated isometric explainer videos designed to establish the real-world problems that Wachter solves within key industries. The 3D Isometric imagery sets the stage for the unique environment, then flat ‘explainer video’ animations dig into Wachter’s capabilities.

Wachter’s second isometric explainer video, aimed at telling the complete story of its NOVA product line (as opposed to other verticals where Wachter tells a services-forward, product-agnostic story).

Product-Centric Video: Healthcare

Video Filmed on a California Set, During COVID

I led production of this video, including:

  • Identifying freelance videographers

  • Finding a hospital setting to film in

  • Sourcing realistic healthcare costumes and props

  • Hiring and coordinating actors local to the set

  • Concepting

  • Scripting

  • Storyboarding

  • Serving as producer and director

  • Managing voiceover actor

  • Coordinating with product team and sales leaders to ensure video met all goals

  • Proofing, making edit requests (VO + video), and providing final sign-off

Video Goal:

Wachter needed to show its NOVA solution in-action in a filmed video (all prior videos for this product were animated). A satisfied customer built and outfitted a new facility and gave Wachter permission to film this video before patients began using the space — until COVID hit and they locked down. I quickly pivoted and found a standing stage set up to look like a hospital to complete this project.
